Aside from the muscles.
I can tell shes already beginning to rotate her shoulder in the direction of a good catch. Her hands are even pointed down already.

She must be about to start the pull also because her torso is settling back into the water, but not quite because her hips are still below but must be traveling upwards.

Her head is down at this point which is really helping her body position out.

Wow I also like the turbulance in the pool!!
I sure wonder who this is!

woa... the lines on the bottom are perpendicular to her movement. No wonder.........
