Ahelee	Responded Dec 15, 2007 10:22PM I am a coach - and a swimmer too. I try to coach the way I have craved to have been coached. With positive and constructive ways to improve. I have always loved swimming. I stay receptive to my coaches feedback no matter how little or big - or obnoxious it can be...! The best it gets interacting with my coach? When I hit the wall after a really good swim (meet or practice), and I look over at my coach who is smiling. Cool. My swimmers tickle me all the time with their efforts and make me smile. I hope I never loose that with them. But the non-receptive, critical, bad energy swimmers are in every pool and practice. I just try to feed off the positive swimmers looking to make progress.
